The Township of East Greenwich is soliciting proposals or qualifications for the rotary towing and maintenance (as needed) of vehicles for the calendar year 2022.
The sealed proposals must be submitted on or before Friday, December 3, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the Township Clerk’s Office at the East Greenwich Municipal Building, 159 Democrat Road, Mickleton, NJ 08056. The applicant must comply with the Township of East Greenwich’s requirements per East Greenwich Township Ordinance Chapter 10.36 (Rotary Towing of Vehicles Ordinance). Specifications may be obtained at the above address. The applicant shall submit a “Certificate of Good Standing” or other similar document evidencing that their license is not presently suspended or revoked. Applicants are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975 C. 127 (Affirmative Action), P.L. 2004 C. 57 (Business Registration), and submit a non-collusion affidavit and a statement of ownership with their qualifications as required by P.L. 1977 C. 33 (Disclosure of Ownership). All submissions must be clearly marked “Qualifications for Rotary Towing and Maintenance Services” on the outside of the envelope.
All proposals will be publicly opened in the Township Clerk’s Office at the Municipal Building on Friday, December 3, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. The proposals are being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et seq. The Township Committee of the Township of East Greenwich reserves the right to reject any and all submissions and further reserves the right to waive minor irregularities in the submissions received and to accept any submission deemed most favorable by the Township of East Greenwich at the time and under the conditions stipulated.
