Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by The Township of East Greenwich at its offices at the East Greenwich Township Municipal Building, 159 Democrat Road, Mickleton, New Jersey 08056 on: November 2, 2021 at 10:00 am.
A complete description of the goods and services to be provided under this Contract, as well as estimated quantities, is contained in the bid documents. Any interested bidder may obtain a complete copy of the bid documents during regular office hours (9:00 am, to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday) from the Township Clerk or visit www.eastgreenwichnj.com.
Bids must be made on the standard bid form in the manner designated in the bid documents and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the name and number of the contract identified on the outside, addressed to the Township Clerk, The Township of East Greenwich, 159 Democrat Road, Mickleton, New Jersey 08056.
The signed bid must be delivered to the place indicated on or before the date and hour named above. Late bids will not be accepted or considered. The Township assumes no responsibilities for bids mailed or misdirected in delivery.
All price quotations and contracts shall be subject to the provisions of P.L.1977, c.33 requiring submission of a statement of corporate ownership, the provisions of P.L. 1975, c.127 concerning equal employment opportunity and affirmative action and the provisions of N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 requiring New Jersey Business Registration and the collection of use taxes. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, and to waive any immaterial defect or informality in any bid as may be permitted by law.
